ABOUT THE POSITION

Softube is a company that develops music software and hardware for music creators around the world. They combine scientific precision with a passion for music and are now looking for an accountant who wants to contribute with their experience and commitment to the company. Here you will have the opportunity to step into a strategic role where your experience and decision-making ability truly make a difference. As an accountant at Softube, you will be an important part of their finance team and actively participate in both ongoing and periodic financial work. You will also work with internal departments to improve routines and solve problems. The tasks are varied, and everyone is expected to contribute with both large and small tasks, and together develop the finance function. Initially, the assignment is a consultancy role for 6 months with good chances of extension.

JOB DUTIES

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, interim and annual accounts, and ensure accurate tax declarations.
• Lead and improve processes in the company's ERP system and other financial systems.
• Provide advice and support on financial matters to other departments and ensure that sales orders and credit invoices are recorded correctly.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a degree or relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• Has 2–6 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting according to Swedish laws and principles.
• Is familiar with ERP systems, Excel, and Office 365.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience with intercompany and/or American subsidiaries.
• A background in music software or music production.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
